As a Professional Yoga, Mindfulness Educator and Integrative Therapist, my years of study in Kinesiology, Pathophysiology and Functional Anatomy have helped train me to observe and detect physical limitations within the body and offer clients a personalized integrative approach to rehabilitation and recovery from injury, surgery, illness, and chronic pain from various conditions and disorders. In this individual and personalized applicatIon, integrative tools are utilized to reduce pain, anxiety and suffering in order to return total balance back to the body, mind and sprit.
Personalized one-on-one sessions and specialized group programs for veterans suffering from TBI and PTSD are available, as well as other dedicated programs that serve both civilian and military populations facing the challenges of severe trauma, stress, abuse, addiction and anxiety.
The goal of these programs is to help specific populations develop the tools necessary to restore balance, aid recovery in the body and reintegrate back into a renewed sense of peace and an improved, resilient and sustainable lifestyle.
